While we understand that any price increase can be inconvenient, this decision was not made lightly.

Late Fee Policy
Effective January 1, 2026 · Amended June 1, 2026
American Diesel will begin applying late fees to all invoices not paid within the agreed terms.
Payment Due Date
Payment is due by the date listed on your invoice (Net 15 or Net 30).
Grace Period
A 5-day grace period will be honored beyond the due date.
Late Fee
Invoices not paid by the end of the grace period will incur a 3% late fee, applied monthly until the invoice is paid in full.

Road Call Policy
Truck Repair Services · Effective January 1, 2026
To ensure timely and efficient mobile service, American Diesel LLC is implementing the following Road Call Policy for all roadside truck repair services.
Road Call Fee
Regular shop hoursApplies to all service calls made outside our shop within a 25-mile radius during regular shop hours.
Weekend Road Call Fee
Saturday & SundayApplies to all service calls made outside our shop within a 25-mile radius on weekends.
Labor – 2 Hour Minimum
Billed in addition to the road call fee- During business hours$125.00/hr
- Weekends or after 6:00 PM$150.00/hr
This Fee Includes
- Technician travel time
- Fuel costs
- Service vehicle usage
Note: Service calls beyond a 50-mile radius will incur additional mileage charges.
Truck Storage, Payment & Abandonment Policy
Pennsylvania
Payment Due Upon Completion
- All invoices are due in full immediately upon completion of services.
- Customers will be notified when the vehicle is ready. Immediate pickup is required.
- Bounced check fee: $50.00
Storage Fees
$50.00 per day- Vehicles not picked up within five (5) calendar days of notification will incur storage charges.
- Storage begins on the sixth (6th) day after notification.
- Storage rate: $50.00 per day.
- Storage fees accrue daily and are added to the invoice.
- All storage fees must be paid in full prior to vehicle release.
Deposits (Required Work)
For any job requiring a deposit:
- Deposit is due at drop-off or within seven (7) days of authorization.
- Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in a $50.00 per day storage fee.
- Storage fees continue until deposit/payment is received.
No Release Without Full Payment
- No vehicle will be released until all balances are paid in full, including:
- Repair and service charges
- Storage fees
- Any additional applicable fees
Mechanic’s Lien & Abandoned Vehicles
In accordance with Pennsylvania law:
- American Diesel reserves the right to enforce a mechanic’s lien for unpaid repairs, storage, and related charges.
- Vehicles left unpaid or unclaimed may be deemed abandoned. American Diesel may pursue recovery through lien enforcement, title processing, and/or sale of the vehicle in compliance with Pennsylvania law.
- Customers are responsible for all costs associated with collection and legal processing.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current contact information
- Responding promptly to notification
- Arranging immediate payment and pickup
Failure to do so does not waive storage fees or charges.
